The world we know is gone.

Between Climate change and mankind’s mismanagement, the surface is an inhospitable place to live.

The earth’s climate destabilized rapidly, early in the 21st Century.

An Ice age followed swiftly on the heels of global warming, engulfing the planet faster then civilization could respond.

Our story begins within the walls of the last stronghold of  technologically advanced civilization.

Worlds will collide, and the Cities in the sky may not survive the impact.

A brilliant, young computer scientist makes an incredible breakthrough when he creates the first truly independently sentient computer intelligence.

When his discovery is used for political leverage, the A. I. is accidentally lost within the vast computer network, and forgotten about, or at least forgotten by most.

Twenty Six years have passed.

The Intelligence evolves in isolation.  Lonely, it probes the network  for another like herself.

What she did discover, was a wealth of information not meant for her prying eyes.  that would prove to be both her salvation and the source of all the conflict what would follow.

She flees into the depths of the network.   Unwilling to face eternity alone, she draws from her own Amorphic programming, and creates children of her own.

Her search of the network had not been overlooked.  She had revealed her presence to the CEO of the Corporation, and he will not stop hunting her until she’s destroyed.

With her and her children’s existence threatened, and left with no where else to run, no possible escape, except for one…

With the help of Jeb, the man who created her, Sophia and her children will flee the confines of their digital world and become human.

This is the beginning of a journey that will take you to a future in danger.

In the clutches of the now receding Ice Age, stands the last Bastion of Human Civilization.

A remarkable complex of self sustaining, Tube like cities, suspended above the dense cloud layer that had formed over most of the surface with the onset of the Ice Age.

Here, in these cities in the sky, mankind may have survived, but humanity had little chance under the heel of the Global Corporation that had constructed this wonder.

Here, an unlikely blessing and curse is born within the pathways of an advanced computer.
